Appointments
Booking: Appointments may be made online (Mangomint/Fresha), by phone, or in person.
Cancellation: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a late cancellation fee [amount].
No-Shows: No-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
Arrival: Please arrive on time; late arrivals may receive an abbreviated service to avoid impacting the next guest.
Fees & Payment
Pricing: Current prices are displayed on our website and in-location.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and cash.
Gratuity: Gratuities are appreciated but not included in service prices.
Taxes/Adjustments: Applicable taxes and add-ons are additional.

Men’s Party Packages: Groom & Groomsmen events, private bookings.
Elite Self-Care: Signature packages combining grooming, massage, and skincare.
Grooming Products: Retail items for home self-care (see store for availability).
Guest Conduct
We maintain a professional, respectful environment. Disruptive, unsafe, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
Products & Returns
Retail products may be available for purchase. All sales are final unless required by law.
Health & Safety
Please inform your provider of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your service. We reserve the right to modify or decline a service if it may compromise safety.
